Most setup problems have nothing to do with the subscription itself: a slow Wi-Fi corner, a TV that is too old for the app, or an email address with a typo in it. All of them are easy to avoid.
Run through this short list before you order and your first evening will go smoothly.

Your internet speed
About 10 Mbps per screen for Full HD, 25 Mbps for 4K. Test it on the device you will watch on, in the evening.
Your devices
Note what you will use: Smart TV, stick, box, phone or computer. We will tell you which player suits each one.
How many screens
Count the screens that will play at the same time, from 1 to 5. That decides your plan.
A working email
Your login details arrive by email and on WhatsApp, so check the address carefully.
Your WhatsApp number
With the country code, so we can confirm your order and help you install.
A free HDMI port
If you plan to use a stick or a box, make sure the TV has a spare HDMI port.

Small things that save time.
Put the router and the TV as close as possible, or use an Ethernet cable. A weak signal is the single most common cause of a stuttering picture, and it is also the easiest to fix.
If your TV is more than a few years old, plan for a small stick or box. Older Smart TVs often have slow processors and a limited app store, and a cheap stick gives a much better experience than fighting with the TV.
Write your login details somewhere safe, for example in your phone notes. You will need them again if you reset a device, change TV or reinstall the app.
Finally, think about the whole household before choosing a plan. It costs less to take one extra device now than to upgrade a week later, and nobody has to wait for a screen.
